As proof of Cranswicks commitment to providing services within the property industry, we are pleased to supply a valuation report in respect of the residential dwelling you are intending to purchase. The valuation report should not be considered to be either a Homebuyer Survey or Building Survey. A report on the condition of the property is beyond the scope of a valuation report. We will provide you with our opinion as to the value of the property, at the date of our inspection and we will provide you with that written valuation report within 5 working days of the date your signed Terms of Engagement is received together with your payment for this service to be provided. To start this process, you will need to contact our nearest branch to the property you are proposing to purchase, or submit the following pre-requisites to us by e-mail for us to provide the necessary fee quotation: 1. The address of the property to be inspected. 2. The type and approximate size of the property including grounds and outbuildings. 3. The asking price for the property. 4. The offer price for the property. 5. The viewing arrangements and details of any selling Agent. 6. Your name and address to which we should send the report. Our staff will confirm the appropriate fee to be paid for this service, and will be pleased to forward to you a copy of our terms of engagement form which you should sign and return - together with your remittance for the fee which we must receive before we can carry out the inspection of the property.
